An individual registration for an eLearning course can be cancelled within 15 days of purchase if the course has not been accessed. Requests for cancellation must be submitted via email to onlineorders@indecomm.net with reference to the order details.
There are no refunds for individual registrations of eLearning courses for NMLS credit once the client has enrolled in the course.
There are no refunds on certification programs or credit banking and admin fees remitted for continuing education courses.

There are no refunds for live learning webinar events.
Live learning classroom events, conferences, or workshops refunds are based on a graduated scale. Requests for cancellation must be submitted via email to onlineorders@indecomm.net with reference to the order details.

In the unlikely event of a live learning classroom, event, conference, or workshop cancellation, Indecomm Mortgage Learning will refund 100 percent of registration fees paid. Indecomm Mortgage Learning assumes no liability for any penalty fees on airline tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations or any other fees, charges, penalties or other incidental costs that a registrant might incur due to a course or program cancellation.

Due to the nature of the product, there are no refunds for policy manual purchases.
Clients who do not purchase a maintenance subscription with a Policy Manual have up to 6 months from the time of purchase to upgrade to the document-related maintenance subscription and receive benefits.
Clients wishing to purchase a maintenance subscription and receive document updates after 6 months of the original purchase must:
- Subscribe to the maintenance subscription for that related document, and
- Repurchase the document at 50% of the cost of the title at the current product rate.
The branding upgrade option for Policy Manuals is a one-time purchase that allows for up to two hours of branding customization (client name, logo, and copyright with Indecomm Mortgage Learning licensure). This branding upgrade requires purchase of the related policy manual document and is only applicable for that document.
Policy Manual clients who take advantage of the document-related branding upgrade and the maintenance subscription will receive document updates with the branding upgrade maintained with no additional costs.
